Seller agreement

This is a draft seller agreement. Do not onboard makers against it until counsel reviews it.

Default commission is 15% unless a maker has an override. TODO(owner): confirm the fee schedule.

MakerBin Fulfilled goods are stored at the owner's risk as described here: the platform's liability for lost or damaged warehouse stock is limited to the wholesale value recorded on the inbound shipment, pending legal review.

Prohibited items include anything illegal, hazardous, or that the owner later lists. Handmade-only rules are not enforced in software yet.
